I graduated from one of the best, world top ranked universities- Vanderbilt University (Nashville, Tennessee, USA) where I was majoring in Educational Leadership (class by John Maxwell and Richard L. Daft) and Educational Administration, Planning and Policy in Education(class by Stephen Heyneman). Upon graduation I started gaining my teaching experience as a lector and trainer in the above-mentioned realms at Vanderbilt University. I was a language trainer preparing overseas students for the English proficiency tests (TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, IELTS). I was lecturing the American Vanderbilt University students on Time Management, People Management, Event Management and Risk Management mentoring and coaching some scientific activities. During that time I gained practical experience in organizing and conducting small, medium and large-sized group presentations, discussions and debates on certain topics related to developing management and leadership skills as well as elaborating and launching practices and strategies in HR and PR realms. Simultaneously I was working for the Humphrey Fellowship Program Department at Vanderbilt University embedding these leadership models and strategies, and working as a mentor and expert for the Program international fellows. Upon returning to Russia I began my teacher career working as the educational leader and the director of the English Language Courses for the bank’s top-managers at Sberbank Russia. Also I have a vast experience as the Head of The HR Department and the Head of my company (being the School Director for 22 years) and the Head of International Department in International Partnerships Sector. I am a professional with diverse experiences in managing high performance facilities in various fields related to coordinating and launching partnership and integration projects/programs, HR policies and strategies and also assessing and embedding innovative and effective high-calibered methods and techniques in international HR fields.
